These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made via the Andy Schleck Cycles webshop.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms.
Andy Schleck Cycles reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.
3. Eligibility and Minimum Age
The customer declares that they are legally capable of entering into a contract.
The customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms and guarantees compliance with this age requirement.
Andy Schleck Cycles cannot independently verify the accuracy of the customer’s age and accepts no liability in this regard.
Andy Schleck Cycles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is reason to believe that the age requirements are not met.
4. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible.
Images and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Products may include:
• complete bicycles
• frames
• components and accessories
• cycling clothing and equipment
• customized or configured products
Some bicycles may be delivered partially assembled and may require final assembly.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers issued by Andy Schleck Cycles:
- are valid both on the webshop and in physical stores (Itzig and Mertert)
- are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Andy Schleck Cycles shall not be liable in case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use.
6. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be informed and may choose:
• a refund
• an alternative product
• a new delivery timeframe
7. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
For consumers, prices include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Delivery costs are displayed before final order validation.
Andy Schleck Cycles reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of the order.
8. Orders
Any order placed constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered final after:
• payment validation
• confirmation email
Andy Schleck Cycles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
• pricing errors
• suspected fraud
• incorrect information
9. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• credit/debit card
• other methods available on the platform
Transactions are secured.
10. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery areas may include:
• Luxembourg
• European Union
• other countries depending on availability
Delivery times are indicative only.
Andy Schleck Cycles shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
11. In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose Click & Collect.
Orders can be collected at:
• Andy Schleck Cycles – Itzig
• Andy Schleck Cycles – Mertert
Customers will be notified by email when the order is ready.
12. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The customer must notify their decision via email to webshop@asc.lu or by using the withdrawal form below.
In case of withdrawal, only the product price and initial delivery costs will be refunded, while return costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Returned products must be:
• unused
• complete
• in original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.)
• suitable for resale
Returns must include:
• proof of purchase
• a copy of the invoice or delivery note

Refunds will be processed after inspection, using the original payment method.
Andy Schleck Cycles reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds in case of product depreciation.

13. Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• customized products
• configured or assembled bicycles
• sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons
• used products
14. Warranty
Products benefit from:
• legal warranty of conformity
• warranty against hidden defects
• manufacturer warranty where applicable
15. Relationship with Shopify
The webshop is powered by Shopify.
All sales are concluded directly with Andy Schleck Cycles.
Shopify is not responsible for any transaction, damage, or loss.
Customers waive any claims against Shopify.
16. Liability
Andy Schleck Cycles shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
• misuse
• incorrect assembly
• improper maintenance
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
18. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law.
Luxembourg courts shall have jurisdiction.
