In-store Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their order in-store free of charge.
You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection.
Alternatively, you may contact us in advance to confirm availability before visiting.
Delivery
Delivery time: 2–3 working days.
Please allow additional time during weekends and public holidays.
- Orders above €200: Free delivery
- Orders below €200: €6.50 shipping fee

Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal
- Shipping cost: €13
- Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days

Zone 2
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

4. Special Shipments
Shipping costs are calculated based on standard size and weight ratios.
For orders containing items with exceptional dimensions or weight, we reserve the right to place the order on hold and contact you in order to arrange an alternative shipping solution and/or adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
