Are you having problems attending an event?
If you are not able to select an event, you probably have the wrong account set as the main profile.
Not sure how to fix it? Check out the tutorial below!
Tips:
- After setting your VELOMATES account as your main account, try to join an event from the calendar. If it doesn’t work, switch to another account and try again until you’re able to join the event.
- Add a profile picture to easily identify your VELOMATES account.
- If you have more than one organisation, don’t delete any accounts. Simply switch between them when needed.
