ASC CAPPUCCINO RIDE

Every Saturday, we organise our ASC Cappuccino Rides.

Cappuccino Rides are easy-paced social rides.
Macchiato Rides are a bit more challenging, with a slightly higher pace, longer distance, and more climbing.
Espresso Rides offer a more intense experience, a little more of everything

The goal is to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where like-minded cyclists can enjoy riding together safely.

If the group is large (40+ riders), we will split into 5 or 6 smaller groups from the start:

• Espresso: 30–32 km/h+
• Macchiato: 28–30 km/h
• Cappuccino: 25–26 km/h
