Andy becomes 2nd behind Davide Rebellin.
Andy wins the Doyenne, Liège-Bastogne-Liège after 20 kilometers of solo effort.

During the 9th stage Andy takes the yellow jersey for the first time. He wears it for 12 days.

Andy is declared winner of the general classification of the Tour de France 2010 and wins for the third consecutive time the white jersey of best young person.
Winner of the 18th stage starting from Pignerol in Italy and arriving at the top of the Col du Galibier. Andy stands out in particular with an attack 60 km from the finish in the Col de l'Izoard.
The day after his stage victory at the Col du Galibier Amdy put on the yellow jersey at Alpe d'huez.
Andy finished second overall, ahead of his brother Fränk and behind Cadel Evans.
In February 2016, Andy opened his bicycle shop in Itzig, Luxembourg.
Andy is also very active as an ambassador for various events and brands.
Since 2018 Andy has been a ŠKODA cycling ambassador.
In 2022, he opened the 2nd bicycle shop in Mertert, Luxembourg.
