Cappuccino Rides are easy-paced social rides.
\nMacchiato Rides are a bit more challenging, with slightly higher pace, longer distance, and more climbing.
\nEspresso Rides offer a more intense experience \u2014 a little more of everything!
\nOur Latte Rides, exclusively for women, are slightly shorter than Cappuccino Rides, less demanding, and run at a more leisurely pace.
\nNone of these rides are races!
\nThe goal is to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where like-minded cyclists can enjoy riding together safely.
\nIf the group is large (40+ riders), we will split into 5 or 6 smaller groups from the start:
\n\u2022 Espresso: 30\u201332 km\/h+
\n\u2022 Macchiato: 28\u201330 km\/h
\n\u2022 Cappuccino: 25\u201326 km\/h
